A Bird in the Hand

Thursday's preschool activity was making the traditional pine cone and peanut butter bird feeder:


Caralie hung it on a tree in the front yard:


Tomorrow we will check on it and see if the birdies have wised up to it's presence.

I've been spending a lot of time taking care of my nephew* and today was no exception. Caralie drew this picture of me holding the baby:
